Free 1 hour consult, to talk about the ideas for your project.
NOTE: Anything over 1 hour is $100 an hour.
Drafting & Design Only
Basic or Stock Plans: Modifying preexisting plans or updating existing drawings typically costs between $0.35 and $0.75 per square foot.
Semi-Custom Plans: For revisions to stock plans, new additions, significant remodels, and interior design changes, rates range from $0.75 to $1.50 per square foot.
Custom Designs: Developing entirely new, customized designs with comprehensive detailing can range from $2.00 to $10.00 per square foot.
PLEASE NOTE:
the price per square foot for Custom Designs is heavily weighed by the size of the buildings foot print as well as the type of building: residential, commercial, industrial, Etc…
After 5 different options are designed, I will have to charge hourly($50 an hour) on top of the original project cost.
Permits, Renders, Structural
Any project that requires anything more than the design only will be double the amount, due to extra added costs for external Architects or Engineers.
