Design
The design process at Atlas Drafting & Design involves several stages, from initial sketches to 2D & 3D modeling, as well as Rendering.

CONSULTATIONS & MEETINGS
Consultations:
- the first Consult is free of charge!
Meetings:
- Any in person meeting after the first Consult will be $100 an hour including travel time.
- Any over the phone meetings after the first Consult are $50 an hour.
DRAFTING & DESIGN
- Modifying pre-existing plans:
- Working with pre-existing plans will costs between $.75 and $1.50 per square foot depending on the complexity of the project.
- Basic, Remodel, or Addition Plans:
- For revisions to stock plans, new additions, significant remodels, and interior design changes, rates range from $1.50 to $2.50 per square foot.
- Custom Designs:
- Developing entirely new, customized designs with comprehensive detailing can range from $2.50 to $5.00+ per square foot.
- FOR GOVERNMENT PROJECTS:
- Prices will vary depending on the Bid and Scope of Work.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The minimum payment for drawings is $1,500.
- After 3 different options are designed, I will have to charge hourly ($60 an hour) on top of the original project cost.
- You may Cancel our services at any time, however, any Payment received up to that point is non-refundable
- The price per square foot for Custom Designs is heavily weighed by the size of the building’s footprint as well as the type of building: residential, commercial, industrial, Etc…
PERMITS - RENDERS - STRUCTURALS
Any project that requires anything more than the design only will be up to double the amount sometimes more. This is due to extra added costs for external Architects or Engineers. Prices will vary depending on the Architect or Engineer Chosen.
